Should work just fine. Never heard of Sona though but if you want he sells the LG brand for kind of same price.

I believe he is sold out of the 10-100 packs of lg and samsung batteries will contact him sometime today to see for sure. the listings for the lg and samsung batteries is gone only listings for single batteries is shown.

My search for batteries was not going good so far I had 6 laptop batteries of my own. bought 50, and about 20 from work.
Have 50 batteries on the way. hopefully they are what they say.

The specs look good.
i should be able to get a reasonable powerwall first I will make my lawnmower 24 v batteries. Then I will start on a small power wall 24v using cells I have collected so far and 210 of the Sona cells. Once I have the proper technique down (soldering, Fusing, bus bar, etc) i will build a 48 v power wall.

Received the LG battery packs today 6 days afer i bought them.. I must say they have been easier to dissemble than the laptop batteries. More sparks for sure, think I have 3 sparking moments on the first pack, 1 on the second pack. all the packs were right around 36 v.

I received that Sona hoverboard battery packs tonight. The Sona cells are marked LS LR1865LA and from what I found on the net they are Tianjin Lishen 18650 electric tools lithium LR1865LA10C cells
will update tomorrow on testing results of the 1st four cells.
