What up guys I know most of us are all around the world and I was curious about what you guys do for a living?
Myself I helpunload trucks and move furniture.
Pretty much retail.

It Tech kind of.. But more closely i have been doing this last 3 years:
* Monitoring specialist, both maintaining, running and training bunch of people for 24/7 monitoring
* Tech support 24/7
* Tech training
* Tech team manage
* Knowledge transfer guide in tech
* head of development including developing
* much much more since i have been freelancing.

My main areas are monitoring of production systems and data centers around the world. Linux systems among with all what is on them. Virtual systems like Vmware or just simple amazon stuff. Programming in all from PHP to C.

I have been the go-to-guy when there is issues and they need help kind of so hard to write down what i do :D

Lol, daromer, That's a nice list :)

I'm in delivery. Don't ask, I won't tell. :p

Nah, I do delivery of Mission Tortilla shells and chips. Semi-set my own hours; so can't really complain about it. Some days are long, though.

For real Korishan

Could have had a job in IT but uh....I didn't apply in the time I was given so that's my own fault

21 years as an engineer and cnc programmer
Last 6 years as a field tech for a large drilling company

45 years as a teacher, specialising in Librarianship,with someIT teaching. Did a lot of network design and installation in our local school, including cabling (it's all still working fine).

Retired two years ago (actually end of next week). Have always had an interest in self sufficient living. Grew up on a farm in the days of 32v DC battery power. Perhaps that's where my current interests come from.

Now I'm retired but I did a fair number of gigs when I was younger until I realized I was really best at fixing things and the worse they were broke the more I enjoyed the challenge. Oilfield, industrial and commercial equipment maintenance/repair which segued into robotics, programmable logic controllers, microcontrollers and a/d d/a design/firmware with excursions into product development and even tutoring.

Full Time Firefighter.

I think that says it all.

So when we have a fire, we call you, eh? ;)

You call me if you live in the area I look after for work. Lol

I'm an Infrastructure Analyst, look after Exchange, Citrix and general backend infrastructure. Also seem to look after anything else that no one else knows about ;)
