Use GreenWorks 80v packs
#11
sell all your 80V stuff on eBay and buy ego 56V stuff. It uses a 14S pack arrangement.
The base packs available are all 2.5 amp-hour packs, 5 amp hour and 7.5 amp hour.
Thats what I am doing so I can use it for lawn work and for backup.

I have a low voltage cutoff circuit

and 40-60 -> 5 Volt isolated circuits that I am paring up with tp4056 charge boards.

These will charge each pack of my 14S X XXP diy power wall.

I'm doing this as a way to top balance my packs on a continual basis.

I am planning to put all of my ego packs on chargers that are plugged into power strips on timers. Middle of the night charging before I get solar. and during the day when I get solar next year.

You could get similar low voltage cutoff circuits and battery charge controllers as well for 80V ---> 12 V conversions.

I got the low voltage cutoff circuit from amazon and the 40-60 -> 5 Volt circuits on Ebay.
