I found 45 of them, they all are tested above 2200, ambient temp 21 degrees celsius.
I found this data at a dutch commercial site, apparently 2250

Got a average between 90 to 100m ohm per cell???
Tested with a yr1035 kelvin

Found these in a TOSHIBA laptop battery, 3S2P as usual, nominal 4200mAh, so according to TOSHIBA these cells are 2100mAh.
