I searched and couldn't find any information on them. Based on personal experience though, they are very old. I wouldn't expect more than 1500mAh from them, maybe even less.
Solar Setup: 9x 320w panels, PCM60X charge controller
Battery Setup: 14x 120 cell 18650 packs, 48v configuration

@mike Thanks. Does they have same voltage as 18650 ? Eg, can I test them with an Opus or it is too dangerous ? (for example non powerwall usage?).

I would probably try it if it were me, but I'm not comfortable suggesting someone else try it and risking they get hurt. If you do a bit of googling, you'll find cells with a similar (but not exactly the same) model number.
