REC Panels and INVT inverters

Anyone heard of or had any experience on REC solar panels or INVT Inverters?

I have 18 x REC235PE panels connected to 2 SMA SB2000HF30 inverters

The panels are of good quality, I think, but how do you test or compare?

Well i would classify good as are they performing at their rated efficiency and output etc.

Im trying to decide if its better paying the extra bit initially to go with a name panel such as LG.

Will

they were sold as 4200Wp total, estimated at a production of +/-4000kWh/year, I can confirm that they do produce about 4000kWh/year, depending on the presence of the sun, of course.

they were installed in 2011, and trough the years I do not feel any noticable degradation.

the SMA inverters are High Frequency with transformers, since the grid would not alow otherwise.

Inverters with transformers are a bit less efficient.
