I have a pink one of these. Is it helpful to add it to the cell database? Or is color not important?

Guys im 13 years old i got kinda the same batterys from coolpad big daddy idk why they called it that its 10000 mah full but the lower numbers are 0090c318a4 can somebody send me a link for specs or mah ?

No such thing as a 10000mAh 18650 cell. It's fake if "rated" at that. Unless you mean the pack is rated at that. Secondly, the bottom numbers are just for manufacturer location, date, etc. It has no real bearing on the cell itself. So if the top numbers are the same, then that's pretty much the cell.

I just pulled some of these out of a laptop battery pack. LGABB4185.Gray wrapper.Came off the charger at 2564 mAh. Wish I knew which model pack it came from, I sure hope to find more of them! Charger used was an XTAR VC4. Cell was first charged thendrained to about 3.5 V (ebay usb powerbank shuts off), then charged again.

Just had to look it up and found these forums. So here's my first post! :)

I pull 4 of these from an old pack the other day, their wrapper is brown with a white ring. Average capacity was 2,057 mAh between the 4 cells and varied by about 25 mA.

that's a LGABC41865 cell. different from the LGABB41865 cells listed here. nominal capacity 2750 mAh for the brown cell so if you only got around 2000 then that cell has been heavily abused.

Are there new types of the LGABB41865?
Gray and white ring but Capacity over 2700mAh. Or is that value in range?

I've got some grey ones from a 20v power tool battery so they would be considered high drain right? I'm trying to find some with a higher amperage for a 12v-18v hifi amp and small 8 in subwoofer that starts to cut out at higher volumes without upping the voltage

They are just your normal 0.5A to 5.0A peak discharge cells.

If you require high current, drive your amp with a capacitor like the car audio people do. Or buy something likeSamsung INR 25R's that do 20 amps handily. They cost $7 each otherwise they're fake. There are also 30 amp cells out there, as well as larger 20700 and 26650 cells to explore if shopping retail, as well as RC foil packs.

Tested again it was 2619 mAh , and second one 2652 mAh, that was real capacity i think.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group. I bought these LGABB41865 cells (used) and testing them, I noticed they are from about 2604-2813. but the thing I am wondering is: How is it possible if the datasheet dice That Are from 2600 ... I think I'm missing something. Can anyone help me understand? Thanks in advance.

Do the slots that tested the cells high always test high? on my Opus BT-C3400's i notice that 2 slots test higher than the other slots. Not by a whole lot around 100mAh. I was testing LGGBM261865 cells most tested ~2650-2750 mAh but a few test in the low 2800's. I Think a combination of things happened 1st the cells were on the high end of capacity second the cell was tested in aslot that always tests high. So it is possible to get high numbers for cells.

Later floyd

hi have just tested 12 of these from laptop packs with the gray cell wrapper cells start voltage was from 1,7 v to 3,2 charged them on lii-pd4 500mh 10 were heaters, 2 tested capasity 1863mh 2133mh on li 500s very unusual for me to get so many heaters among lg cells , this is sanyo level,, guess its a bad bunch?
