Did someone know if it's possible for MPP Solar PIP (I have 2424MSXE but it should be the same for all), running off gridto turn inverter on when battery reach "back to solar" value ?

It's supposed to switch from solar to grid when battery reach 23.5v and go back to solar when it come back to24v but this don't work as my setup is not grid tied. When my PIP want to switch to grid it put itself in fault mode due to the absence off grid incoming.
So every time my batteries go low Ihave to use the switch on the inverter to reload it, that's a problem I would like to solve.

I found something yesterday, inverter went down for low voltagein the morning just after I left home, but it was working when I came back.
I checked my solarpatrol logs and discovered it turned on automatically when batteries reached 27v.
Nothing is set to 27v in my configuration (PIP 2424MSXE), so I guess it's implemented in the firmware and set for lead acid batteries.

So Iwill have to find how to edit this, find that variable and lower it to something like 24.5 or 25.2v.

just out of curiosity, are there any setting that are in Hex? well, that is if you can see the config file.

So, 27 in Hex would be 1B.

Did you get this pip working? Im interested in this model, does it work well with 18650s?
