do you have any kind of Automatic Transfer Switch, for the case when Batrium turns the shunt trip off, or does AC stuff that you power from the PIP is not critical to be on all the time? I'm thinking stuff like fridges and stuff that should not be off for long time.

I'm thinking of situation when one goes on vacation and hopes that even if shunt gets tripped, there is still power to the house for such sensitive appliances..

They way the pips work, once you disconnect the batteries using shunt trip - all power goes off. I have a manual transfer switch i can change but if shunt goes so does the food.....

above diagram is straight from the laser cutters, differences in this V5 version is rounded corners where they COULD touch the cells and added 1mm (to that skinny bit at the top below the square bit) to allow for heat shrink to be fitted to reduce the chance of short to ground.

I am not sure if I just missed it but what is the gauge of the starting material>  Thank you..

1.6mm i believe - and remember if you use my templates - drop me some coin - cost a bit to get these right

If I was to make the next pack it would do it something like this

where the red is have it cut out holes to let air in / our the back then just space the mount 5mm off the wall.

Hi, Pete! Is there a CAD (DXF DWG) version of mount design?

I most certainly will.  And thank you for all you have done for this DIY community.  After following many many peoples builds yours is the one I like the most and am going to attempt.  Of course I am in the US so a few things will have to be a little different.  We use 120VAC.  But should be close.  Have you made any videos of your actual AC hookup from the inverter to your home?

Unfortunately, all I was given from the laser cutters is what you see.
