Glubux packs looks great, what is the red and blue sheathing you've put round the battery copper bars?

That looks to me to be some heat shrink tubing that he probably bought in a roll for the cells. My guess, at least.

Nice. that makes it look really clean.

Looks like you just cut it open on one side and it sort of clamps onto the wire?

With that config to balance the Ah in the packs, aren't you drainig more corrent in the packs with less cells? you will be stressing more those packs with lower cell quantity in amperagem draining!!
would it be bether if you match them all with 100cells and mix the cell capacity to get the 100ah in average?

100A / for 7 packs = 14,28A per pack
pack with 40 cells = 0.35A draining each cell - this will stress more each cell.
pack with 100 cells = 0.14A draining each cell - This will be less stressed

if you have 200 cells, 100 with 2000mAh and 100 with 1500mAh, you mix them by half, 50 2000mAh and 50 1500mAh in each pack you will get ballanced capacity and same currend draining on each cell.

correct me if im wrong.

We'll see in a few months/years, You're right I'm draining more current in the high capacity cells, but they are most likely also the newest/strongest.
