Oops. Looks like finger trouble on my part. The Opus usually completes a charge test in the charged state. On this occasion it completed in the discharged state.

This Cell database is awesome! It's a fantastic resource/tool.  Great work Mike!

One of my side projects is to convert an old NI-Cad drill pack to Lithium, and I'm using the Cell database to find cells in my inventory (~600 cells) which have the highest discharge current. Actually, I'm after the highest C rate.  I've been paying particular attention to the "Discharge Current" field:



Now, please don't label me a detail Nazi, but I've found that after drilling down into the datasheet, the actual maximum discharge current is 5200mA. I've only posted 1 example here, but I found others where the Discharge Current is listed as 0.2C, when the datasheet specifies 2.0C

I read in another post that the cell database can be regenerated at the click of a button, is there something in this process which drops a zero? Or am I reading the datasheets incorrectly?

Mark, the 0.2C discharge current shown here is the 'Standard' discharge that manufacturers use to characterise their cells, the 2600mAh figure is based on a 'Standard' discharge to the quoted discharge voltage, after being 'Standard' charged to the quoted charge voltage.
Max discharge is of little importance to powerwallers, which are discharging well below the 'Standard' discharge in their everyday use.
