My first batch of cells was processed with these. Close to7x24 operation was a bit stressful for the rubbish fans inside these units, they got completely wrecked. The fans that is, not the charger 
I've taken the fansout and used an external fan to cool the chargers. Apart from that they work absolutely fine. You either have to put in a new fan or use an external fan to cool them down, i.e. while discharge testing a cell.
