It seems that the Edit button does not work properly on Android and Chrome.

The edit button does not pop up the drop down menuand therefore you are not able to edit.

Suggestion: Depending on the code and if its not fixable it may be good to add so that on mobile devices you go straight to normal edit or just have 2 buttons there.

Or go mobile theme :)

Was on it for a few hours last night on my phone messing with stuff.. SEEMED to work for me iPhone6 + Chrome

Downside tapatalk used to be a paid app ? can't remember i know i have it tho

Tapatalk is horrid

I've just given up (after two images) trying to get images into a post - how does drag and drop work for us Androids ?

Did you try the new uploader? I assume when you say you gave up you'e talking about the old attachment system? For the android, you click the "drag/drop" box and are prompted with either "camera" or "documents". If you pick camera, you can upload directly from your camera. If you click documents, you can browse your image library and either click one image or click and hold the first image to enable multiple uploads at once, then click the remaining images you wish to upload.

Oh that's not drag and drop :) - that's point and click - I did use that, and it worked for two images, tried the third and ..... I'll try again.

Hmmmm no option to add images if I hit the reply button.

Ok if I post, then go full edit I can add images - but only small file size - these are all sub 200k - I've tried a few over 1m, it puts the file name where it should, and appears to be uploading, but the large ones never appear in the list to be included in the post.

I'm very confused. If you hit the reply button, you are taken to the reply page that looks like the screenshot below. The red highlighted box is what you use to upload images. You uploaded your images above as post attachments. Don't you see the image upload area like the screenshot below? If not, can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I see that box now, select the image, shows a thumb and a progress bar - that's the big image I failed to post previously.

But oddly, the images doesn't appear in the post

It worked - seems like the text insertion point was within your post previously - I'll try it in the fuse thread, which is were it didn't show that drag drop box before.

Ok well I managed to delete the images originally posted - but have now been able to post all I wanted, including large file sizes - all I was seeing before was the add attachments bit, and that worked fine but only for limited file sizes.

I'll have another go tomorrow on a bigger tablet, it might just be finger trouble - thanks Mike.

It will insert where the cursor is. What device/browser are you using so I can try to replicate what you're seeing?

It does insert at the right place, I'm just not noticing that I've not moved the cursor to the right place - Nexus 7 and Chrome, whatever the most recent version is.

And there's certainly no drag and drop box for me unless I go back and hit edit on a previous post.
