My 14S 80P wall is made entirely of these cells.
Salvaged from 200 faulty 6 pack batteries which had bad bms' and had discharged mostly to 0V. 70 odd cells were NFG, but the others recovered and charged, but settled at around 4.1V.
Capacities ranged from 1500 to 1800mAh, so lost a lot of grunt, but they were dirt cheap and got me into 18650 land.

I found these cells in a Philips Heartstart XL+ difibrilator made in the USA. Should be good quality and reliable.

I have looked for the specs all over the internet and can not find it anywhere. I have quite a lot of those cells and would like to have some more info on them!

I found six these cells in Qoltec battery replacement for Lenovo laptop.
