I have a portable solar generator and was wondering if I need a Bms for my batteries. The charge controller that I have can regulate the charge and the inverter I have can shut off at the 23v. Im running a 7s10p. Also I have 3packs going into it and I am wondering what sort of buss bar should I use to link them together in parallel

You do not needa bms, but itisstrongly advised to implement, even a cheaper one is better than none...
a bms is not only there for protection against overcharging andover discharging, but also to balance the cells in series (if your charger has no balance function.)

The busbars you need, we can't tell if we dont know what kind of power you are planning to draw.

Max 800 watts

About 33,3 A... 10AWG is a bit to thin, so go for 8AWG. (10mm2) minimum to parallel the packs.
